Danish or Norwegian Publisher Coordinator

Purpose of position

The Publisher Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Publisher Sales and Advertiser teams when it comes to all account management related tasks, including the management of small publisher accounts, publisher recruitment, the preparation of client meetings and pitches and the creation of presentations and reporting.

Key Tasks

  • Supporting the Publisher Sales and Advertiser teams on client requests
  • Providing basic client service for self-managed publishers
  • Scouting of new publishers
  • Support on promotion planning and communication
  • Providing performance analyses and recommendations to foster the growth of sales
  • Supporting the team regarding the identification of growth potentials and the execution of the respective strategies for the publishers
  • Creation of relevant reporting and dashboards
  • Supporting on new business pitches
  • Creation of presentations and other material for pitches
  • Using our CRM to document meeting appointments, presentations and client insights
  • Keeping up to date of the organizational structure, product, internal news and innovations, internal processes
  • Optimising advertiser programmes via GAP analysis
  • Participation in events

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong affinity for the e-commerce and online/performance marketing and ideally an internship or alike in the online business
  • Well-founded skills in Excel/PPT
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce related technologies
  • Fluent English, Swedish and either Norwegian or Danish
  • Excellent customer focus and supportive attitude
