We are looking for an Events Coordinator to join the Awin Group marketing department. We are hoping to find an individual to provide creative, fresh ideas to help achieve our team goals. As a marketing member, you will collaborate and participate in all stages of marketing campaigns, especially those related to company events and conferences.
This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Assist in and frequently, take lead on projects relating to events and conference
Ensure accurate and timely execution and organization of all tasks leading up to events, conferences and tradeshows
Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing event campaigns, including budget sensitivity and post-event reporting/invoicing
Performing market analysis and research on booth marketing strategies
Contribute to content and social strategy surrounding each event
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with event hosts, vendors, and attendees
Assist in negotiating and securing sponsorship inclusions, network exclusivity, and speaking engagements
Coordinate staff travel and schedule during events
Ability to travel and provide on-site event support, as needed
Contribute overall to the Awin Group marketing team efforts
Skills & Expertise

Completed college degree, preferably in a related field (English, Marketing/Communications, or PR)
High level of organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented
Self-Starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Hardworking and dedicated outlook
Exceptional communication skills
Strong desire to learn the marketing and affiliate marketing industry
Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
Ability to multi-task and take initiative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
Previous event planning experience is a plus
‘Knowledge of Adobe Suite, HTML and graphic design a plus
