The Junior Technical Support Consultant provides technical support and consultation for clients and the local Sales team via email and phone.
S/he is the interface between Awin and our clients in our daily business routine to ensure that new programs are implemented as fast as possible and that existing business gets the best quality in tracking services. S/he resolves the technical issues her/himself or escalates it to the responsible department for final resolution.

This is a full-time role for a junior person who has the motivation to learn new things and who likes to work in a support environment. The person can be located whether in Stockholm or in Berlin.
Being the main point of contact and support for any type of technical request
Manage the technical implementation of new programs or campaigns
Troubleshooting of reported issued and identify solutions to resolve customer issues in close cooperation with our Global Technical team
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Ensure that all existing programs have the best tracking quality
Documentation and presentation of local technical projects or technical knowledge
Build and maintain good relationship with all partners
Provide support on IT-related questions and issues within the local team to ensure a smooth run of the business
Understand how the technical services tasks support the overall awin strategy
Skills & Expertise
BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or first equivalent experience within performance marketing or an internal-related business, such as web hosting, eCommerce, solution provider or digital agency
First experience providing customer service in a sales or technical support position (working with ticketing system and support processes in an international environment is a plus)
Basic knowledge of one of the following programming languages: HTML, Java Script or PHP
Good root cause analysis skills with a solution-oriented mind-set
Ability to deal with complex situations
Strong customer focus and service attitude, ability to adapt language to the target audience (e.g. translating technical issues for a non-technical audience)
Professional communication (both written and verbal)
Ability to communicate in English (Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus)
Ability to de-escalate in conflict situations
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results and own development
Good team player
Ability to adapt to changes and new type of tasks but also to keep being motivated with repetitive tasks
Good time and priority management skills and a strong commitment to agreed timelines
Quality awareness and accuracy in every aspect of the work
Working knowledge of MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Good IT skills
