Head of Global Sales Operations (f/m)

Purpose of position

As the Head of Global Sales Operations, you will lead a growing global team of specialists and managers responsible for administrating AWIN's CRM system, Salesforce.com, and managing our internal sales processes. Together with your team,  you will ensure that AWIN's sales staff is equipped with efficient tools and processes, enabling them to focus on activities benefiting clients. 

Key Tasks

  • Manage, develop and motivate a team of Team leader, Process Specialists and Salesforce Administrators
  • Define, implement and continuously optimize sales processes
  • Oversee and direct the design, development, delivery and continuous improvement of Salesforce.com platform, and the processes associated with it, in support of all sales teams within the AWIN group
  • Plan and execute teams roadmaps, considering strategic priorities and initiatives
  • Keep stakeholders continuously informed about ongoing projects and plans, adjusting messages and style based on different audiences and agendas
  • Ensure features and processes are released along with the appropriate documentation, training approach and material to support ongoing operational requirements
  • Partner with the Director Global Operations on the development of strategic plans to continuously increase efficiency of our business operations

Skills & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of work experience, in managing teams and processes, ideally in an international Customer Services or Sales organizations
  • Experience in implementing new tools or processes in customer-facing organizations, at least as a main stakeholder
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of actionable recommendations)
  • Deep understanding of project management and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills
