New Business Manager (f/m) - replacement for maternity leave

Purpose of position

The New Business Manager is responsible for the in- and outbound sales activities of the company. His/her main goal is to bring new B2B clients into the network, focusing on selling Awin´s product portfolio.

Key Tasks

Key responsibilities within this role include:
  • Developing and coordinating new business strategies in order to acquire new clients
  • Create a successful online marketing strategy together with prospects
  • Create effective and bespoke presentations in order to sell company’s products/solutions
  • Phone and face to face negotiations
  • Development of forecasts and clients potential evaluation
  • Reporting of sales activities in our CRM system
  • Strong collaboration with the Account Management and Operations Team for programme setups
  • Acquire more business acumen through research and analysis of industry trends and developments

Skills & Expertise

  • University degree
  • Up to three years of work experience
  • Knowledge of the digital industry
  • Experience in selling online services (ideally online marketing, affiliate or display)
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and MS Excel, and willingness to learn new technology systems
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Fluent in Italian and English, another language is a plus
  • Highly motivated
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with different stakeholders
  • Empathetic personality with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands
  • Strong team player
  • Strong identification with the job and the company
  • Excellent time, planning and project management skills
  • Proactive approach to task and challenges
  • Creative mind-set to bring in new ideas to push the development of the team´s activities
