The Account Executive is responsible for the development of medium sized publishers or publishers with special service agreements. His/her focus is on developing small publishers with potential to Key Accounts and to manage existing medium sized publishers. He/she understands e-commerce related technologies and has enthusiasm about performance marketing. The best candidate has the will to learn and acquire new skills and he/she loves sharing knowledge acquired with peer and newbies colleagues.

Providing service for medium sized publishers or publishers with special service agreements
Identifying publishers with the potential to grow and focusing on their development in line with the Head of/Team Leader
Conducting reporting to the Head of/Team Leader and to the publishers
Conducting business review meetings with the publishers
Upselling Awin solutions for publishers
Respecting timelines and targets as well as qualitative standards
Accurate documentation of meetings, presentations, reporting, templates etc.
Supporting publisher’s implementations
Supporting on additional tasks and projects like marketing initiatives, developing internal projects etc.
Skills & Expertise
To be successful he/she will need to meet the below requirements:
At least one year of work experience in digital market (ideally online marketing, affiliate or display advertising)
Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and willingness to learn new technology systems
Italian native speaker and high English level (at least B2 upper-intermediate)
Understanding of e-commerce related technologies
The ability to differentiate the various online marketing channels
