Publisher Coordinator Nordics

Purpose of position

As a Publisher Coordinator, you will be part of our Publisher team who is dedicated to the management of our Nordic publishers within Editorial, Blogs, Price comparison, Shopping Directories, Loyalty and more on the network. In this exciting and dynamic position, you will support our account managers across teams when it comes to all account management related tasks, including the management of small publisher accounts, publisher recruitment and onboarding, the preparation of client meetings and pitches and the creation of presentations and reporting. You will be the main point of contact when it comes to supporting and assisting our Nordic Publishers with account related questions.
Throughout your position the key result areas will be the development and growth of the publisher base, besides recruitment and activation across all Nordic markets. Ultimately, keeping track of the publisher performance and help them grow their business will become a significant aspect of your role.

Key Tasks

  • Supporting the Publisher Sales and Advertiser teams on client requests
  • Providing basic client service for self-managed publishers
  • Scouting of new publishers and business opportunities
  • Creation of relevant reporting and dashboards
  • Supporting on new business pitches
  • Creation of presentations and other material for pitches
  • Providing performance analyses and recommendations to foster the growth of sales
  • Supporting the team regarding the identification of growth potentials and the execution of the respective strategies for the publishers
  • Keeping up to date of the organizational structure, product, internal news and innovations, internal processes
  • Optimising advertiser programmes via GAP analysis
  • Participation in events

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong affinity for the e-commerce and online/performance marketing and ideally an internship or alike in the online business
  • Well-founded skills in Excel/PPT
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce related technologies
  • Fluent English, Swedish. Any additional Nordic language is an advantage
  • Excellent customer focus and supportive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in word and writing
  • Strong team player attitude and positive spirit
  • Highly interested in client relations
