As part of the Awin Corporate Development and Strategy Team, you will be responsible for supporting the group’s organic and inorganic growth by providing effective research and business analysis on a broad range of topics including, corporate strategy, business unit strategy and insights on industry and technological trends. You will, in addition, deliver actionable recommendations and coordinate the successful rollout of global projects.
Develop a deep understanding of our company, industry, and markets to support the assessment of priorities in line with the business strategy and growth plan.
Coordinate the rollout of strategic projects across business units to ensure continuous improvement and group-wide alignment.
Provide comprehensive insights on industry trends and competitive landscapes.
Apply structured decision-making processes geared towards aligning actions and investments with our long-term goals as well as across territories.
Collaborate closely with the relevant stakeholders to identify key opportunities and determine actionable initiatives.
Support the Corporate Development and Strategy team for M&A related projects (due diligence, PMIs…).
Estimate operational efforts and determine the milestones necessary to successfully achieve short to long term objectives.
Skills & Expertise
Two years of relevant experience (consulting, project management or relevant experience).
Business school or similar background.
Entrepreneurial and “can-do” approach with an ability to drive projects autonomously in a fast-paced international environment.
Demonstrated experience in conducting research, delivering comprehensive data analysis and developing financial models to support decision-making.
Capacity to grasp innovative technical features and market trends as well as translating them into relevant business insights.
Understanding of the digital and media industries, direct experience is a plus.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
A good sense of humour.
