Account Coordinator

Purpose of position

​As an Account Coordinator, you will be part of our Advertiser team who is dedicated to the management of our largest advertisers on the network. In this exciting and dynamic position you will support our account managers within this team. You will, among other things, find new publishers to expand our running programs, coordinate campaigns, help prepare for meetings and create reports.

We are a team of 20 people based in our central Stockholm office servicing clients across the Nordics. Some examples of our clients are Ellos, Zalando,, RoyalDesign, Finnair and eleven.

Key Tasks

  • Creating new business opportunities by finding and contacting new Nordic publishers who can promote our advertisers
  • Creation of relevant reports and dashboards (weekly, monthly, ad hoc)
  • Coordinating campaigns
    • Communication with relevant stakeholders internally and externally
    •   Supporting in creation of campaign plans
  • Helping to find growth potential on key clients
    • Providing performance analyses and recommendations
    • Creation of competitor benchmarks for advertisers operating within the same industry and market
    • Finding new publisher opportunities by creating GAP analyses
  • Creation of presentations and other material for pitches or client meetings
  • Compliance monitoring
  • General program maintenance such as approving publisher applications and making sure the ad material is up to date

Skills & Expertise

  • Basic understanding of e-commerce and online/performance marketing
  • Well-founded skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English and Swedish. Other Nordic languages are a plus.
